Defective items: if you believe you received a defective item in your order you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. Item(s) must show absolutely no sign of wear and be clean. Ripped and torn items are not acceptable for refunds. If your item was custom made or altered to certain specifications specifically for you it is not eligible for returns or exchanges. However we will gladly make adjustments, at our discretion at no charge for the first alteration only. Shipping charges both ways must be paid by the customer. Please contact us with photos and a description on what is wrong with the item.
If we accept it as a defective item please include your packaging slip with your return and mark what items you are returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip please include the following information:
Name, email, order number, item(s) description, reason for return. If not all the information is included there may be a delay in the process. You must contact us prior to returning your item.
Refund type: We will refund the full total of the item(s) total but not the shipping & handling charges. Credit will only be given if the item shows no signs of wear and are clean.
ALL sales from the Bargain Bin/ Sale are final and we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Incorrect or missing items: If your order is missing an item or incorrect items were sent please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Mistakes happen, we will get your correct items out ASAP!
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges if item has already been used. If you try the item on, exercise care doing so as ANY sign of wear cannot be returned. Horses are very strong animals and there is NO fabric on the market that will not rip if the horse is determined to take it off. Items must be absolutely clean to be accepted for a return. Any hair, dirt, or rips will be unacceptable. Exchanges due to size will include additional shipping charge on the replacement article. Custom orders with any personalization on them are not refundable or exchangeable.
